WHITEOUT
4 channel audio installation/performance, 2010

WHITEOUT is an examination of the electronically produced sounds continuously occupying our airspace, but only discernible through specialized amplification. The collective artifacts of mass communication, EMF, satellite, and wireless technologies are constantly moving through our bodies, potentially influencing our biology and brain activity in ways yet to be fully appreciated. What if we were suddenly made conscious of these various sounds, and what impact are they already having on our subconscious, our bodies, or our environment?

WHITEOUT premiered at Denver's Biennial of the Americas in July 2010, launching their live performance series.
